Delivery Timeframes:
You can typically expect a UK First Class delivery to arrive within 2-5 working days, european deliverys can take 5-10 working days, worldwide international deliverys can take upto 14 working days to arrive, the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer.
If your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a parcel lost until 20 working days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive within the 20 days.
If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 20 working days have passed.
Items Damaged in Transit:
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back, we'll issue a replacement or offer a refund minus postage costs to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival:
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have to inform us of the fault within 3 calendar days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement. We test all returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, but you will have to pay postage charges.
Items Faulty after Arrival:
All items are covered by the standard manufacturers guarantee usually 12 months from date of purchase, however certain items are excluded from this guarantee, these are the 360xtractor, vampire & spear these items are only covered by our Items Faulty On Arrival policy please see above for further information.
Refurbished JTAG consoles are only covered for RROD errors by our Items Faulty on arrival policy see above for full details, any damage caused to the unit by the customer for example bad flashing or any improper usage is not covered.
Return form:
Before you send any items back to us you will need to email us sales@redboxmods.com with full details of suspected fault and request a returns form which you will need to send back together with the faulty item, please make sure you send the following information to us when emailing, your order number, paypal transaction ID delivery name & address this will help prevent any delays in dealing with your enquiry.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered,
b) we do not deliver to your area, or
c) one or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical
error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Events Beyond our Control:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Liability:
We will not be held liable for any damages, loss or injury caused by incorrect usage of any of the items we sell, it is the purchasers responsibility to take adequate steps to prevent any issues.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (e.g. by email) at our contact address of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (e.g. by email) at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, at your option:-
a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph c) above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchased.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Tax Charges
Any taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser is the importer or introducer to their destination and is responsible for all declarations of import to responsible authorities in the country of delivery and responsible for all copy taxes, levies, performers rights fees, royalties or special duty payments on all products ordered on this web site.
